The Cliff Barron Team’s Annual Pumpkin Giveaway was a great success. Cliff Barron and his team were at Beaty Trail Park on October 21st giving away pumpkins to Milton families and accepted donations for United Way of Milton.
Milton once more heard the moans of zombies and chills of fright as it witnessed the 8th annual Milton Haunted House held inside Milton Mall.
The parking lot in front of Rad Brothers was rocking throughout the afternoon and evening on September 8, 2018 for the second annual Radfest live music festival. The owners of the popular local sports bar, and live music venue launched the party in 2017.
Morning commuters at the Milton GO station were surprisingly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as they accepted free coffee and tea from Milton Transit representatives and current Town Councillors.
It was a sunny, late-summer day. A light breeze cooled the air, making it a perfect day for lawn bowling. The Milton Lawn Bowling Club has been in Milton for over a century, and September 19 hosted its final tournament for women’s teams from through Ontario.
October 23, 2018 – The annual Tiny Tots Trick or Treat event in Downtown Milton is happening this Saturday, October 27. Kids and their parents are invited to wear their costumes and gather treats at participating businesses.
It all began with a camel. In 2013 the Optimist Club of Milton sold plywood camels to local businesses in aid of youth in our area. These camels which local companies purchased and decorated in all sorts of unique ways, took part in a ‘Camel Race’.

Milton Fall Fair has been marking the passage of seasons for the last 165 years. This year’s edition was held September 21-23 2018. It included all fair favourites; a smash-up derby, petty zoo, midway, and displays, and competitions under the grandstand.
