Milton Transitional Housing offers safe, affordable housing for individuals and families in crisis across Halton Region. They offer more than just a roof, they offer hope.
In November at the Cat Creek Barn on Tremaine in Milton they hosted a social event celebrating all their closest supporters and staff who have contributed to making MTH succeed.
They have made a huge impact on bringing people out of homelessness and graduating into employment and secure housing and with all of our support, they will continue to grow. Please watch for the upcoming Milton Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser for MTH.
