As the Christmas and holiday season begins, I am reminded of how fortunate we are to live in Canada a country where our rights, freedoms, voices, and traditions are protected and to be part of a generous, compassionate, and deeply connected community.
December is a time of reflection, an opportunity to celebrate what we have achieved over the past year and to look
ahead with clarity and purpose. I am reminded every day of the trust you have placed in me to bring your voices, concerns, and aspirations to Ottawa. Over these past months, I have met with families, business owners, volunteers, and community leaders across Milton and Georgetown, and I am grateful for the countless conversations that help
guide my work.

This year has brought significant moments; cultural celebrations, school visits, events and fundraisers by local organizations, service clubs and charities who care so deeply about our community. Every event, discussion, and meeting reinforces how strong our town truly is.
There is much to look forward to in the new year, and even more work ahead. I remain committed to being present, engaged, and accessible and representing our community with integrity and compassion.

I wish you and your loved ones a joyful, peaceful, and safe holiday season.
Warm regards,
—Kristina Tesser Derksen Member of Parliament, Milton East – Halton Hills South
