In Milton on September 30th there was a Walk of Remembrance guided by Grandmothers Voice in honour of the children & survivors of residential schools in Canada.

This was the first time such an event has been hosted in Milton but it won’t be the last. It was held entirely outside, there was no admission or cost to enter, everyone was welcome.

It was peaceful, calm and surprisingly felt very soothing. Miltonians of different religions, backgrounds and philosophies gathered together in peaceful remembrance. Visit grandmothersvoice.com for more information.
