The local Milton Alumni of NED University of Engineering & Technology (Pakistan) held an Eid Milan party on May 2nd at Chef Kauser Autaq Banquet Hall. The reunion saw NEDians mingling and welcoming guests from Milton
and the surrounding area. All swept up in the festive spirit of Eid, the attendees donned their colorful traditional attire, thereby accentuating the culture-rich tapestry.
A dedicated organizing team—Nauman Khan, Saqib Waheed, Ovais Usman, Ayesha Ovais, and friends including Aslam Malik, Muhammad Zafar, Razi Khan, Habib Niazi, and Samin Khan—planned a joyful program that inspired friendship and celebration.

It started off with lots of laughter and conversations, with people introducing themselves to each other. This helped old friends catch up on life and new friendships to grow. For the younger crowd, it was packed with a lot of entertainment fun, including a funny magic show and balloon twisting that brought a lot of happy cries and laughter to the event. A mouth watering menu of delicious savory snacks and yummy desserts was followed by a cozy tea service that satisfied every palate.

Nauman Khan talked about how the Eid Milan Party brings together community members and fosters a stronger set of bonds amongst Milton residents. Khurshid Khan echoed how important it is to serve the community through political engagement, volunteerism, donations, and charity, inspiring many to contribute meaningfully. He also thanked Rick Di Lorenzo for his support and participation.
