On September 9th, Halton made history with its inaugural Halton Fashion Show Charity Gala, at Glen Abbey Golf Club with a night of fashion and philanthropy. Hosted by Triton Events and orchestrated by Mariline Gheda, the gala supported the Milton District Hospital Foundation. Models graced the runway with elegance and confidence, presenting a stunning array of chic couture designs and timeless classics. They looked absolutely stunning thanks to Bombshell Studio for hair and makeup.
Behind the scenes, Mariline Gheda’s meticulous planning ensured the event’s seamless execution. Her dedication and expertise were instrumental in creating an unforgettable evening. The Halton community stood behind the Milton District Hospital Foundation, contributing generously to support accessible healthcare. The funds raised during this event will make an impact on the hospital’s mission to provide top-quality healthcare services to the community
Special thank you to Mayor Krantz. His attendance emphasized the importance of community support for healthcare and showcased his commitment to making Halton an even better place. The gala was also a celebration of unity, with friends and family in attendance. Their presence added an extra layer of warmth. Special acknowledgement goes to Vanessa Briguglio from MDH Foundation and Rick Di Lorenzo, whose dedication and support played a crucial role in making this event a success.
Sponsor Mirko Vukovic, from Mintleaves Catering, had this to say about the fashion fundraiser “Milton has been home to me for almost 25 years. All 3 of my children were born in Milton Hospital and love everything about this town and the great cause to raise funds for our hospital ”This night as an example of the great thing we as a community can achieve. We look forward to more events, where the runway becomes a platform for kindness and unity. The Halton Fashion Show Charity Gala has shown that when a community unites for a common purpose, the results are not only stylish but also profoundly meaningful. In the heart of Halton, fashion met charity, and the community came together as one for the betterment of all, proving that unity can create lasting change.
