On February 11, 2018, participants of Arts Milton’s Friendship Project battled ice covered roads to gather in the Del Ridge Community Room at the First Ontario Arts Centre Milton for an icebreaking afternoon of board games.
Lil’ Rockers in Milton takes a fresh approach to introduce children 5 and under to music and movement. The program features a unique playlist making classes engaging and fun for parents, caregivers and children alike. Ranging from pop to rock to the classics, you will hear music from artists like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Queen, Van Halen, David Bowie, Katie Perry and Adele!
Have you ever said this to yourself? I’d venture a guess that you have at least once, if not more than once. Where does this thinking come from though? What is it that influences our thinking and tells us that we are not creative, nor are we artists? What is an artist anyway and what is art?
Simply Creative’s studio on Main St. is all about fun with ceramic painting and glass fusing projects. Use your imagination to create unique keepsakes, hand prints, glass items and jewellery. Debbie, the new owner, has added several new programs for the young and young at heart.
