On Sunday August 18th the Milton Charity Poker Run was held raising funds for Milton District Hospital Foundation. The run attracts Motorcycle riders from all over Ontario that come to Milton and register for a scenic ride that starts by Halton Auto Service & Transmission and ends at the Halton Sportmen’s Club where participants enjoy a steak dinner and live entertainment.
The Charity Poker Run has been going on for 14 years now thanks to the organizers, volunteers and sponsors with the Milton Kulla family taking the lead each year.
Today they raised over $30,000 for our hospital with with a total of now well over $200,000 to date. Steak, Beer, Cigars, Motorcycles & Pick-up trucks intermixed with Rock’N’Roll was the vibe greeting the riders at the Halton Sportmen’s Club.
