In a continued effort to connect artists of all genres and levels of experience with the greater Milton community, Arts Milton will host the 6th Annual Milton Culture Days this fall on September 28-30, 2018.
On a cool evening in June, Milton’s Muslim community invited Miltonians to breakfast together during the month of Ramadan. The delicious Iftar meal was enjoyed at sunset according to tradition, and held on June 4 at Paramount Fine Foods Milton.
In its 10th year, the annual Milton District Hospital Foundation’s Gift of Health Gala was a sight to behold at the Burlington Convention Centre on May 5, 2018. The gift of sponsorship was evident in a room lavish in hues of black and gold. The centerpieces featured an elaborate display of hanging crystals topped in a foliage of feathers.

Participants of Arts Milton’s Friendship Project gathered at Paramount Fine Foods on Saturday, March 24th for a final meal in celebration of the Project’s completion.
Before the show begins, four comedians reconnect in the Green Room, laughing as they converse with one another. The conversation is more like a routine, and every sentence a joke meant to amuse the others.
On February 11, 2018, participants of Arts Milton’s Friendship Project battled ice covered roads to gather in the Del Ridge Community Room at the First Ontario Arts Centre Milton for an icebreaking afternoon of board games.
The frigid weather Milton experienced after Christmas was the talk of the town. But such exclamations on the snow and below freezing temperatures were conversations held by those who had a warm home to settle into at night.

The warm summer months are behind us, but you need not despair. There remains plenty of entertainment for Miltonians in the winter months! Most notably, the Milton Film Festival, which takes place in January each year. The 2018 Festival spans January 26-28 at the First Ontario Arts Centre Milton.
