The Townsend Smith Foundation which is dedicated to building a Residential Hospice for North Halton held their Donor and Recognition event on November 28th at their future hospice site at 8958 Trafalgar Road
The Foundation has had a great year working towards their goal and they announced tonight both the selection of an Architect for designing the Hospice as well as the provincial government giving the green light to the first round of funding.
Townsend Smith Foundation Board members, volunteers, sponsors and donors were in attendance. Mayor Krantz of Milton and Mayor Lawlor of Halton Hills were also present with council members to give their support behind the project.
