Today is a gift, leave nothing UNDONE. That is the philosophy of this family who owns a Food Truck in downtown Milton, hence the name UNDONE.
Specializing in Sri Lankan, Jamaican and Trinidadian cuisine, their menu is very diverse. If you love Roti, fresh traditional island flat bread, this is the place to go. UNDONE is looking to add a new ‘flavour’ of foods to our community.
Some of their popular menu items include – Butter chicken roti, Jerk kebab with rice & peas and coleslaw, Jerk/butter chicken poutine, Tandoori/Jerk chicken, Khotu Roti, Falafel or chicken in a pita. There are always wonderful daily specials and combos to choose from as well.
They also offer vegan options like Masala Dosa (GF) served with spicy lentil soup & coconut chutney, chick peas & eggplant currie, Pholourie, Doubles and more.
And for the kids with simpler taste buds, there is always fried chicken, poutine, french fries & grilled cheese pitas.
Owners Melani & Carl and 5 kids are looking to plant roots in Milton as they love this city. They are becoming very engaged in the Milton community and are currently donating a portion of their sales to Darling Home for Kids and The Marley Brown Foundation.
So if you’re looking for a warm smile and some great food, why not stop by UNDONE’s Food Truck in downtown Milton and indulge yourself in wonderful island food with a twist.
